Tracy and her husband, Scott, transport canines from overcrowded kill shelters in a 32-foot trailer to other states, where they are placed in forever homes. They have partnered with PetSmart, a meeting place for the dogs and their new owners. As one might expect, the owners experience a profound emotional response the moment they see their new dogs for the first time.
